Rooms 1 & 2 share a bathroom but the rest all have their own en suites. Rooms 4 & 5 also have the option to interconnect via a bathroom

It enjoys panoramic views of the sea and beach and overlooks the islands of Mustique and the Grenadine to the south.The layout of Friendship House captures the beauty of the location. Its tiered outdoor space connects seemlessly with nature.

From the time the sun rises to the time it sets, the south-facing rooms, wrap-around veranda and expansive pool area take full advantage of Bequia’s magnificent year-round climate. Friendhsip House is flooded with natural light. It is finished to the highest standards with everything a guest would expect from a luxurious boutique hideaway.

Friendship House comfortably sleeps 10 with five bedrooms. It has a large open-plan living and kitchen area. This opens out onto a covered outside dining and lounge area.  Wifi, Sonos and Sky  are available throughout. There is also an entertainment system with Netflix and access to international news and sports channels. Stairs from the outdoor livin space lead down to the lawn, the pool and a lounging terrace.

This incorporates a pool house, sundeck, bar and outdoor kitchen. There is also a further shaded al fresco dining space. A private path flows from here to an idyllic stretch of pristine sandy beach. The garden also houses the yoga deck and a fully-equipped gym.  Equipment includes treadmill, chest press and flat pull down machines. There are also dumbbells 2-25kg, bench, medicine balls, kettle balls, exercise balls, exercise mats, skipping ropes, resistance bands and yoga blocks.

Friendship House has a well equipped, high-spec kitche. A private chef can be arranged to prepare some delicous local menus.

Discreet and attentive staff are on stand-by. They will provide a laundry, housekeeping and concierge service.

We can also organise for a car, a driver and a boat with a captain to be at your disposal. The villa welcomes families. Childcare can also be arranged on request at an extra charge.

The outdoor areas at Friendship House include a 40ft infinity pool and outdoor shower. The Pool terrace has a 12ft day bed and loungers to relax and enjoy the Caribbean sunshine. There is a delightful outdoor kitchen and dining area, plus a Pool house with bar and lounge.  For further enjoyment the villa has an outdoor projection cinema and Bose speakers . 
Within the 2 acres of tropical garden with fruit trees, you will find a Zen garden and yoga deck. From the gardens there is private access to the beach, where guests can use kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment from the water-sports hut.
